We wanted to introduce Ricardo Garcia, our newest addition to the shop!
After being fortunate to have Rob Lucas for over 11 years, we have found another gem.
Ricardo comes to us from a humble background of being a porter at a local dealership. As a porter, he would check in vehicles, greet customers, park cars, and then bring them back when the client returned for pick up. It turns out… clients wanted to work with him!
About a year into the job, his wife had a vehicle breakdown and brought their family car to another shop. Ricardo interacted with the service advisor at the another facility and it was horrible. That is when Ricardo decided to entered the service advisor roll.
For the past 6 years, Ricardo has been helping clients from local Acura and Toyota dealerships but it wasn’t the right culture for him. He was looking for a place to call home were he can treat his clients fairly and honestly. We hired him!
