After Hours Drop Off Instructions
If you would like to drop off your vehicle after hours, we have set up a safe way to do that!
Our Address: A+ Japanese Auto Repair, Inc. 780 Industrial Road, San Carlos CA 94070
- The after hours key drop box is located to the left of our office door (see photo above).
- Please park your vehicle in the parking lot in front of A+ Japanese Auto Repair in San Carlos. If the parking lot is full, you can park next door in the Caliber Collision parking lot and we will move your vehicle first thing in the morning.
- Next, remove all of the items that you need from your vehicle, remove your car key from your key ring, and lock your vehicle.
- Fill out a night drop envelope (located in the key drop box) with your name, address, phone number, and what you would like to be completed on your vehicle.
- Please place your keys in the envelope, seal it, and drop it in the after hours drop box. NOTE: there is a small slot where you can drop in your envelope at the very top of the after hours drop box where the small plastic door pivots.

Once we arrive to the shop in the morning, we will check in your vehicle and give you a call to go over your vehicle needs. If you have any issues, please contact 650-946-1856 and you will be directed to our after hours help line.
