Having tried 10+ auto repair shops after moving to the Bay Area, I thought I'd seen it all. But then came A+. The incredible high-touch service, family atmosphere, reasonable prices, and sincere employees make this place stand out head & shoulders above the rest. From the pick-up/drop off service, deep knowledge, and personal touches, this experience impressed me from start to finish. Coming from someone who considers himself a well-informed consumer and a tough customer, A+ Auto Repair gets an A+ in my book! Highly recommended.

One of the best customer service I have experienced from an auto shop in a long time! I have been going to Toyota for pretty much everything aside from the oil changes but decided to give A+ a try since they had such a good deal (about 1/2 off from Toyota's quoted price). I will now be coming back to A+ instead of Toyota! I love that they are tech savvy and that you are able to make appointments online, get text message reminders, and best of all - receive pictures of any suggested repairs. I have been looking for a shop that does a great job, has excellent customer service, and that I feel is honest and won't try to cheat me of my money and I feel that A+ is probably the one! Will come back again. Oh - and they even gave me a free car wash because my car was embarassingly really dirty...haha - I blame 2 Tahoe and 2 LA trips!

With A+'s free pick-up service for pregnant moms, we were able to schedule our Prius for routine maintenance without worrying about coordinating working schedules for dropoff and pickup. All service was completed in a timely and well-communicated manner.
