I had been taking my 2005 Lexus RX330 only to the dealer since purchased new. I tried A+ and the found a lot of deffered maintenance the Dealer never told me about. My vehicle is now like new!!!

Needed 60K service on my 05 Prius - I have not had great experiences at the Toyota dealers in Milpitas and Redwood City - inexpereinced mechanics who forgot to do things like reset the service reminder - so was looking for an independent shop that has good Prius knowledge. I called Precision Tune - who claims they are "hybrid certified' and was asksed if I had the maintenance book and if the car needed a transmission fluid change - not a good sign. I had seen good reviews of A+ on the web - went in and spoke to Rob - he immediately knew what needed to be checked at 60K and booked me in for the next Monday. I was very happy with the service - seems like they do a detailed and thorough job - cost was fair - and now I have peace of mind that the job was done right.

I came in without an appointment and several repairs were needed. My car was ready the same day. I always have lots of questions about the repairs and the guys are really patient, courteous and friendly, it was a great experience as always.

I received fantastic service.I called to see if I could have my car towed to the particular location.They said yes and they would be available right away to put in a new battery for me.They did,very quickly,did a few diagnostic tests and were able to let me know what services needed to be performed in the near future.I have email reminders and greatly appreciate knowing what needs to be done.I will make an appointment as soon as possible and plan on using A+ as opposed to the dealership where I bought my car, because I like the service better at A+.Thank you to everyone there for superior service.
