A+ Japanese never fails to meet expectations. I wish we owned another Jpanese or hybrid vehicle so that all our cars could be serviced there. Rob is a pleasure to work with: he offers clear information on recommended work, informs us of other services to consider but is not overly pushy.

This has been the best visit to a car shop I have ever had. I had been taken my car to a Honda dealership and had so many problems with them that I decided to take my car elsewhere. Rob helped me and explained everything. I ended up having to have some major work done, but he called frequently to give me updates on how things were going. They made taking my car in to a shop a relatively stress less process and I am thankful for that. =)

I have had my car serviced by A+ for a few years. I have always had them stand behind their work. Last year, I had squeeky brakes, and they found the issue and took care of the problem. I love A+, as they keep my car in shape!

I called to make an appt. to have my brakes checked. They got me in the next morning. They drove me to the train station so I could get to work. My car was ready by the end of that same day. Honest, efficient and friendly service. I'm very satisfied. Job well done.
