I had my 2006 Mazda 3 serviced at the dealer for years, but grew unhappy with the customer service and prices. Based on reviews, I decided to try A+ Japanese. In sum, it was a great experience.I was due for a regular service, but during inspection a few small problems were uncovered. The repair man called me right away, and sent me photos of the problems via email, which we went over on the phone. It was an effective way of making me understand that the nature of the defects and the repairs necessary.I plan to make A+ Japanese my mechanic!
