As usual, I was immediately set up with an appointment time, to fit my crazy schedule, and,except for the expense, I am, as always, pleased with the work. My schedule has been very chaotic these days & I basically left a message late Sunday eve asking if I could bring my car in early Monday morn. Rob sent me an e-mail sometime around 6AM Monday morning saying that would out fine.

Thanks for fixing my daughter's car and for helping us with a rental car. I would have given you 5 stars but the repairs ended up taking a few more hours than you had thought, due to some parts not being delivered on time, but otherwise everything was just great!
