I have been taking our cars to A+ Japanese Auto Repair for five years. The service has been great and the shop is honest in their assessment of repairs needed. Recently, I took my Acura in for an oil change. Rob said that the car had a transmission leak and needed to be brought to the dealership for warranty work. I took my car to Hopkins Acura and was told that they injected dye into the system and could find no leak. I took my car back to A+ Japanese Auto Repair where they documented the problem, took pictures of the leak, proved to me that no dye was injected into the system, and called the service manager, Victor, at Hopkins Acura to discuss the problem. What did A+ Japanese Auto charge me for spending another 45 minutes re-inspecting my car - $0. I am a loyal customer of this shop.

As usual, A+ delivers the best, most professional and courteous service one could ask for. Rob is always a pleasure, and explains the service details thoroughly. Those that work on my car sends it back humming. I never worry when I take my car to A+.
