I've been an A+ costumer for about 6 yrs and their costumer service has not only gotten better but they have raised the bar in excellence for costumer support. I really appreciated all their help and how understanding they are. I still can't believe they picked up my car from my house and delivered it when it was done. That's THE BEST service I've ever experienced. You don't get that at a dealership. Also, they listened to my concerns after they fixed the car. My car was still making the same noise it was making prior to me taking it to the shop and the technician that worked on the car drove with me so he can assess the situation. The technician then realized what the real problem was and then worked on it the next day and fixed the problem at no additional charge to me, AND they guaranteed it! I love them! They're the best!

Got me in the next morning and was able to squeeze in a second vehicle and still provide excellent service on both cars! Will be providing a great review on Yelp!

Excellent service and communication

I have been using A+ for six months and absolutely love the shop. The mechanics and employees are so friendly, they don't make repairs that aren't necessary, and they explain things to me in a way that make me understand what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix it. I absolutely trust this garage and have recommended it to all of my friends!

When I bought my new 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse, I wanted to find an auto shop that was close to where I work and being a woman, I could trust with the maintenace. I went online and found A+ Japanese Auto Repair had great reviews, so I thought I would give them a try. I have been very pleased with not only the auto service, but the customer service and honesty is excellent as well. I highly recommend A+ Auto Repair to anyone who owns a Japenese made car. They are the best.

Although the price to replace my transmission, the personnel at A+ were very user friendly. Especially when they tried to counsel me to buy a new car rather than fix an old one, taking money out of their own pocket. I would return for service on my vehicle with no hesitation. Like I told Jim, "It was painful, but pleasant."

A + is always very high quality in their work and efficient in their interactions. I always hate the logistics of dropping off and picking up my car at other places, and they make it really easy and convenient. They are also quite trustworthy - I trust they do work when it needs to be done and don't recommend things that can wait.

A+ consistently demonstrates the highest integrity in business, from genuinely friendly greetings, quick drop-offs, personal calls to explain what is being done with recommendations, use of high quality materials and on-time delivery (including dropping you off locally). Our entire family takes their cars here, once the OEM provided warranty is up. A really positive experience!
