The people made me feel at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. Rob gave an honest estimate about my vehicle's condition and didn't push any unwanted or unnecessary repairs. On top of that, he provided concise and knowledgeable answers to my automotive questions and kept me up to date with the status of my repairs. I can never go to another mechanic after my fantastic experience with A+ Japanese Auto Repair!

All customers treated very professionally. I knew it would be a pain, what I needed done. They rose to the occasion and provided me with excellent service. They lissen to what your concerns are when dealing with past mechanical issues and solve them. I will go back for sure in the furture. Most shops perform half ass service. Japanese A plus performs very through and detailed service.

Excellent service and attention to detail

My car died and I had it towed. After the shop fixed the problem, they discovered that the oxygen sensor had failed, and replaced it immediately instead of forcing me to have my car towed in again. The pick-up service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient when I called.

I had a road side problem. AAA towed my car into A+ Japanese Auto Repair in San Carlos where I was greeted professionally and treated with five star customer service from start to finish. Both Eric and Jim were great, clearly on top of their game. I immediately felt comfortable and confident about the quality of the diagnosis and subsequent repair. They carefully wrote up a repair order, had my car assigned to one of their qualified mechanics and me back on the road in less than an hour and a half, during which time I enjoyed a sandwich at the deli on the corner. I was delighted with the service, as I was with the reasonable cost for the repair and have found a mechanic that I will stick with going forward. Thank you AAA for towing my car to A+ Japanese Auto Repari and thanks, of course, to Eric and Jim and all the good folks who contributed to making my experience there one that I am happy to review with a FIVE STAR rating.
