A+ Japanese Auto Repair is a great place to bring your car especially if you are not "car savy". Jim spoke to me numerous times over the course of several days to keep me informed about what he was discovering about my car. At the end, we decided to prioritize the work needed to be done with safety being the most important criteria and came up with a cost I could manage. I especially liked the service ethic with this business. They picked up my car at home and returned it to me when it was done. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and seemed to care about my own needs. They communicate by phone and email which was terrific. In the end my car runs great and I will definitely use them again.

We recently had our brakes serviced at A+ and had a(nother) good experience. Not only did Rob thoroughly explain all costs, but he also helped us try to figure out what might have caused our specific brake issues. He kept me apprised throughout the multi-day repair job, and allowed us to keep the car there 1 extra day while we were out of town. Great service!

I appreciate the amazing service I received when I recently rear ended my newly bought Honda CRV! We were having some trouble with my husband's car and was not getting great customer service at his mechanic. SO it was very refreshing when Rob keep me updated on everything!!! It was a pretty big job and took only a week.

A+ did a big 60k service on my G35. It was expensive (mostly my fault for aggressive driving), but you can't beat their service warranty. I also appreciated how detailed Rob is when explaining the problems and giving various alternatives.
