I scheduled a same day appointment to have my 15,000 mile service on the Lexus. They squeezed me in and the owner dropped me off at a work appointment I had a mile away, which was incredible...who does that stuff anymore? I had planned to walk there in my suit. When I came back my car was washed and I was thrilled. Thanks A+.

I choose A+ Japanese repair because of the excellent reviews compared to that of the local dealer. I was not disappointed! I was very impressed that they spent the time to explain all they did to my car and found out what was wrong with it given its presented difficulties. Great customer service!

Once again, A+ has exceeded my expectations. On a Thursday, I was driving home and my check engine light came on. I called Rob immediately and told him what was up and he said that though they had a pretty heavy load the next day, he'd get me in. I arrived about 7:15 and by 7:30 I was happily on my way. Fantastastic experience with these guys. Very informative and helpful. Suggested a couple of additional services, all of which made sense and a couple of which were at the back of my mind and they reminded me of. For example, they asked about replacing the timing belt. This is a critical maintenance item that for some reason hadn't occurred at the 90K service. Car has 105K miles. Glad they asked before it snapped. They also asked about buffing out the headlight lenses. I had meant to ask them about this and I was glad they asked. The light output was significantly better as a result. Overall I felt like all of the suggested services were appropriate and fairly priced.
