I'm very pleased with A+. My brakes squeaked. They replaced the front pads. Squeaking continued. I came back a second time. Another fix to the front brakes at no charge. Squeaking continued. I brought the car back. The third visit revealed the rear brake drums were "out-of-round". Fixed at no charge. Problem solved.

I brought in a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan with really odd headlight behavior. They quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts to be replaced. The FCM wasn't available in any of the Bay Area suppliers, so it had to be ordered. Due to the mix up in the shipping process there was a delay in continuing the repair. Although A+ wasn't at fault, they offered to arrange a rental car at no charge. I was well informed through the whole process, and I felt that I was very well taken care of. Rob took the time to explain the overall condition the car was in, and gave me recommendations on what to pay attention to in the near future. Thank you, A+! I'll be back as soon as schedule and funds allow for more thorough service!

With A+'s free pick-up service for pregnant moms, we were able to schedule our Prius for routine maintenance without worrying about coordinating working schedules for dropoff and pickup. All service was completed in a timely and well-communicated manner.
