A+ Japanese Auto Repair is a great place to bring your car especially if you are not "car savy". Jim spoke to me numerous times over the course of several days to keep me informed about what he was discovering about my car. At the end, we decided to prioritize the work needed to be done with safety being the most important criteria and came up with a cost I could manage. I especially liked the service ethic with this business. They picked up my car at home and returned it to me when it was done. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and seemed to care about my own needs. They communicate by phone and email which was terrific. In the end my car runs great and I will definitely use them again.

I love A+ Japanese auto. They are always so friendly and personable. The office team and mechanics go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The office not only repairs your car, but keeps an eye out and a time line for anticipated repairs. i.e. the next time you come in we should take another look at your breaks.
