Never have I found such a great auto repair shop. I appreciate the ride to and from work and the calls letting me know status. Also, I was surprised to find an email with photos of my car showing what repairs needed tending too. Thank you A+ and team. I will be back.

The service managers took the time to explain options and showed a genuine sense of concern. The repair was potentially very expensive and the mechanics found a far less expensive solution that solved the problem. This is the second time that A+ has solved a difficult problem for us very reasonably. I can give them my highest recommendation. The work is done right the first time.

After beating my head against a wall regarding a recall on my Corolla, Rob and the automotive crew went above and beyond in helping me problem solve the situation. They are fantastic!

Angela came to my door to get my keys for the car that needed an oil change. A few hours later she came back to the door to return mt keys. That's how seamless and convenient the service was. Add to that the fact that A+ Japanese is the only mechanic I trust with my cars, and you got a pretty nice package.
