San Carlos Auto Repair

I've got my car back and so far, it's running great! I'm the returning customer who can't explain the problem with my car, but there is a problem. Customer care is awesome! Details explained, updates etc. Yes, I originally took it to the dealer for repair estimates and that was a disappointment. I came here on a referral from a friend, glad I actually listened this time. Thank you Justin (and Miguel for the test drive and not making me feel foolish when I thought I heard a "noise" ) and the A+ team. I'd like to say, see you soon but... no, hopefully not. I have been going to A+ since 2005 and they have never disappointed me and they have only improved on their Service. I have worked with Justin from the beginning and he is always 100% in all aspects!! I have worked with a couple others as well and they have been great!! I have had my son, MIL, and friend take their cars there as well. I feel confident that the will be honest, detailed, and responsive. Acura RSX, Toyota Tacoma, VW GTI, Subaru, Honda Fit, Honda Civic, Prius, and now a Bolt!!! They ROCK!! I would highly recommend!!

One of the unnecessary repairs I had hoped to get done wound up costing over $2000. Justin was honest about that up front and left it up to me—I declined, of course. This kind of honesty and transparency is refreshing from an auto repair business at least in my experience.
