One of the unnecessary repairs I had hoped to get done wound up costing over $2000. Justin was honest about that up front and left it up to me—I declined, of course. This kind of honesty and transparency is refreshing from an auto repair business at least in my experience. Plus, I love the efficiency—my paperwork was handled quickly, Justin got me a Lyft, and I was on my way. He called, as promised, when my car was done. So professional. Love A+ Japan Auto!

Called for a quote for some basic maintenance for my vehicle. Guy on the phone was very slick. Quoted me a higher price than dealership! In response to owner, the person on the phone gave a quote for a basic brakes+rotors replacement. Not many variables there -- it is not a complex brain surgery despite what you may personally may believe. Quote was woefully higher than other shops, even the dealer.

Hello remote search, it's our policy to not quote jobs over the phone but instead give a general price range. There are so many variables on car models and even more variables on the vehicle systems themselves (as well as the vehicle condition - ie rust, oil-soaked, etc.) So I wonder if you chose our shop for this review by accident? If it was us, please read on. If you don't mind, please reach out to me at [email protected] - I am one of the owners and I would like to understand a bit more about which service(s) you were looking to get quoted and see if we missed the mark somehow. I am wondering if what the dealer quoted included the same items as our price range? Justin and his crew are amazing. They simply lay out exactly what needs to be done and what the price will be. I recently came in for a $5000 work up on my 2008 infinity coupe which had been seen by other mechanics for a very diffcult fix. Nobody could make it happen. Justin and his team fixed my problem and made the whole ordeal go away. He also quoted me for an air condition work up which he honored the same price he quoted me 4 months later. I will be bringing my baby to this place for years to come. Thank you Justin
