Very great experience. Only let these highly-professional technicians touch my G37S Infiniti. They diagnosed my vehicle and found the problem I have been looking for a year now. Jason , my service writer/advisor, was the most help. He was very outgoing , professional and nice. He is great at what he is doing and understands a lot. The younger man that drove my car back and forth from the lot was also very professional, and generous. I didn’t get his name but he was the guy that drove my car back and forth. I highly recommend this shops quality service.

Naeem was incredibly accommodating in helping me get my popped tire replaced and didn’t try to sell me additional services I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The mechanics were also very efficient and friendly. I’ve been looking for a reliable auto shop since moving to the bay area and I think I’ve found one!

I loved my experience at A+ Auto Repair. They are extremely transparent about their process; I appreciated the pictures they texted me and the detail they provided along with their recommendations. I also had a loose screw that rattled around in my steering column from a previous repair; when I picked up the car from getting my shocks repaired, the rattle was gone, my dash was clean, and the guys didn’t even mention the additional work. I will definitely be back!
