A+ Japanese Auto took a stressful situation and turned it into as pleasant of an experience as they could. Our van was over heating so we contacted A+, they sent someone to our house to take a look and pickup the vehicle from my wife’s workplace. Turned out to be a busted radiator and would take a few days to fix due to parts needed. We go to use our backup vehicle it won’t start! A+ to the rescue again, they sent someone to jump the vehicle but it wouldn’t hold a charge, the battery needed to be changed and A+ got it done. Days after the radiator was fixed Justin gave us a call just to check how things were going with the van, talk about above and beyond customer service!
