I recommend A+ Japanese Auto Repair to everyone I know. I’ve been trusting them with my Toyotas since 2015. The entire team goes above and beyond with service, mechanical knowledge and skill, quality work, and fair upfront conversations around work suggested versus required. I’ve used their Lyft based shuttles service as well as their available “golden girl” Priuses. I trust A+ JAR to keep me safe, my car in peak driving conditions, and back on the road quickly. I can’t recommend them enough- I’ve even moved out of the area and will return when I have critical work needed.

Working with A+ Japanese Auto Repair was great. I called three times before taking my car in to replace a flat tire and all three times the person on the phone was helpful and friendly. Once I took the car in, Justin helped me evaluate the need for new tires, explained why he made the recommendations that he did, and walked me through what was going to happen. They ordered my tires the same day and I had my car back the next business day. I 100% recommend them for timely service, trustworthiness, and friendliness.

By far, the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop, I’m a travel nurse and have had good experiences at a lot of places when it comes to care for my car, but absolutely no one beats the responsiveness, quality of work and professionalism of A+ Japanese auto

I had some issues with my Jeep and my brother in law had recommended them. I called and spoke to Justin. He was amazing and really helpful. I was able to bring my Jeep right away and have them take a look. They went above and beyond helping figure out what the problems where and what the costs would be. All the mechanics were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure my family was driving a really safe car. I can’t thank Justin enough for all the help! I have already been recommending them to my friends and family ! I will now only go to them for any of my car needs ! Thank you again to everyone for making sure my family is in a safe car.
