I came to A+ with a check engine light on indicating a problem with the emissions control system. However there was no detail as to what the problem was. Various things were tried and yet the light always came back on. Justin told me that no matter what he was going to fix this problem. He was on a "mission" as they said in the "Blues Brothers" movie. After over three weeks of work I finally got the Jeep back. The first thing was a trip to Monterey and the light stayed off!!! The next day I had it smogged and it passed. There is no way to express my gratitude and appreciation for A+. Justin said he would find out what was wrong and he did. I was also kept apprised on a ongoing basis of the progress that was being made. The biggest surprise was the bill. I expected two to three times as much. To Justin and the crew at A+ mega, mega thank you!! If you have a difficult or even regular problem I highly recommend A+ as the place to go. They really do go the extra ten miles! Also the rates they have with Enterprise are really great too. This is a quality organization that puts the customer first. If you don't believe me go there and find out for yourself. You won't regret it.
