To describe our meeting of A+ Japanese auto repair, is in one word, luck. We are workampers and took a temporary assignment in San Carlos running a local Pumpkin patch. When we arrived, the Jeep Grand Cherokee that we tow behind our motorhome would not go into gear. Being new to the area, and having no other transportation to grocery shop etc.. We met a local who told us A+ was the place he took his vehicles, so we called the wrecker and talked with A+ and they agreed to take a look. Short story long, it needed a part that was back ordered for two to three weeks. Justin at A+ took charge, and offered us a loaner car until the part came in. That alone was a lifesaver, but, when the part delivery kept being extended, Justin was always on the horn keeping us informed and never pressuring us to get one of his rare loaner cars back until he could fix ours, always with a smile on his face and in his voice. We have done business with hundreds of companies over the years, and owned a service industry business ourselves, and know how hard it is to give exemplary service with a smile, day in day out. We don't think it's embellishing to say that Justin helped renew a bit, our jaundiced faith in mankind. Thanks again Justin, to you and the entire team. Rob & Lori Wright Billings Montana

The customer service at A+ Japanese Auto Repair was off the charts. I went in for brakes and also got an oil change. It was convenient, transparent, friendly and easy. I made my appointment online, texted with the team about my car issues, received helpful information and the highlight - they picked up/ dropped off my car for me. Wow.
