I like these people. They are honest, efficient and thorough. If you want cheap go to jiffy lube but if you care about your car (s) and want to be confident the work is done correctly; this is an excellent shop.

Rob was incredible as always. Came in last minute with my key not being able to turn off. Rob took care of everything perfectly and quickly as usual. He got the (1985 Honda Hatchback!) parts quickly and gave me a break on labor. I love this place!!!!!

As always, I was completely satisfied with my maintenance checkup. Rob is so nice and efficient. I always seem to spend more than I planned, but items are brought to my attention, and I can fix or not fix, and I always fix. I appreciate the attention to the detail of maintaining my car the best way they can.

Have tried a couple other shops and also two dealers, but never seemed to find one place that could handle all the aspects of car maintenance well. Some were really good at many things but then you'd take it in for something new and it would just be a terrible experience. Have taken 2 vehicles to A+ and in every case the work was done on time, efficiently and with a full explanation of what was involved and what could wait but what shouldn't.

As usual, I was profoundly impressed with every aspect of my experience with A+ Japanese Auto Repair. The thoroughness, expertise and courtesy I was given was superlative. What a relief to know that not only will my car receive top-quality treatment, but my frazzled nerves (no worries about getting home, knowing I'll be called when the work is done etc.) will too!
