San Carlos Auto Repair

All people, at this auto repair shop that I met were courteous and helpful. The repair was completed on time, and I am happy to say the car is now running very well. I would certainly use A+Japanese Auto Repair again.

I can't say enough positive things about A+ Japanese! I brought in my vehicle to get new brake pads and was emailed several pictures of the wear on them. Rob then called me letting me know that the tires were also at their lifespan and ready to be replaced; he found me a great, durable set for a affordable price and helped get my car back in perfect shape. I appreciated the kindness, communication, and honesty from this shop. When I went to go pick up the car they even gave me a coupon for a full service car wash down the street! Great touch to an already great experience. They also offer rides at your convenience to and from the shop. Wonderful costumer service and amazing work! Thanks again!

I started using this service in an emergency about 6 months ago. My Toyota 4Runner started over heating while I was driving nearby and I needed to find a place fast. Using my iPhone, I found this place. Rob was very friendly and was able to squeeze me in immediately to have the car checked. He also provided a ride home. They checked the car. Had some suggestions. I told him that I really did not want to invest much cash into a car that had 185,000 miles. He understood and had alternative suggestions to keep the car running well without it costing a fortune. Recently, that 4Runner died, and I bought another used one. First thing I did was take it to Rob to have his team give it a once over. They did a nice check up of all the systems.

You guys are always so professional and thorough. I have the utmost in confidence that our cars will be well maintained. Also, this time Clay went out of his way to wash my car, much to Eric's dismay! I actually think Eric needs get his car washing skills in gear. Thanks, again.

Staff at A+ Japanese are very knowledgeable and friendly. They really take the time to explain in detail what they will be doing to your car. They are very honest. I will never take my car any where else.

I have a 2005 Prius, and my car started making a screeching sound (it's hard to put into words the sounds a car makes). I usually take my car to SF Toyota to have it serviced out of habit, but I decided to look around the peninsula for alternatives. After reading favorable reviews about A+ Japanese, I decided to take my car there to have it checked out.Rob took great care of me when I arrived and sold me on letting them work on the car. The pricing was fair, and although I didn't have my car for an entire day, I respect that they provide a shuttle to take me to a nearby location and to pick me up when the car is ready.I recommend A+ Japanese Auto Repair.

Overall an excellent experience. Very direct and open about my car's issues and the resolution offered. Felt taken care of by professionals who knew their area of expertise and were also willing to listen to and respond to questions from the client.

I was think about buying a new car, which for me was a big deal since i don't have that much money. A+ Japanese Auto helped me make that big final decision. I would definantly go back to them.
