Thank you for being such a great auto repair shop! I've never had such fast, friendly service. I felt like the guys at A+ Japanese Auto Repair actually cared about my Sassy Girl as much as I do. :)

experience with A-1 was good. personnel are friendly, shop and office is clean;employer was helpful. its too soon to evaluate work. as a woman i am distrustful of mechanical shops. they always seem to find more work to be done than what is originally requested.overall i cannot complain about the experience. i hope the money spent on transmission is worthwhile, i will be happy to extoll the shop if the rebuilt transmission holds up.

Very thorough service; they even sent pictures of the problem areas to my email. They had the work done, in time, knowing I was driving 850 miles for a family reunion. I am impressed and relieved my car is in good shape for the trip. I would certainly recommend them. Friendly and courteous service as well.

For the past 3 years I have been searching for a reliable, trustworthy, experienced auto repair shop to help me maintain my 03 Honda CRV. So glad I found A+ Japanese on Yelp. They are extremely organized, knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

A+Japanese Auto Repair has serviced my two Nissan 300 ZX and 350Z since purchase. Rob and the other mechanics are true pros. They are efficient, honest, and reliable. I have never had a complaint about their work since they do such thorough and careful work. I can recommend them without hesitation, and do.

They are knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. One of the best mechanics I've ever been to. Eric is a great owner, really knows what he's talking about and walks you through every step of the job. I even had some paint scratches near my front wheel (which were caused by me), and they saw it, emailed me pictures of it, and even buffed it out for me. All without me even asking about it. Took great care of my wife's car too. Great service, great shop, I highly recommend it!!

Incredible service! I was on a roadtrip and had car problems 2 days before my return date. I brought the car on Saturday afternoon and it was ready be the end of the day. I appreciated the time that was taken to explain the issue to me. Very professional service. I would definetly recommend to others (I have already recommended you to my friends that live in the area). Thanks again for your assistance.
