As a female who looks young and doesn't know anything about cars finding an honest repair shop is tough. But ever since a co-worker recommended A+ my search is over. They are honest, nice and easy to work with. I love that they send you pics of the problem spots in your car so that when you talk to them you can see what they are talking about!

I have been a fan of A+ Japanese for 10 years! When I bring my car to A+ Japanese, I know I'm in good hands and that they will do right by me. After 10 years, I have serviced three of my vehicles with Eric and after picking up my car, I leave feeling worry free (always). The A+ team is knowledgable, provides honest diagnosis and has outstanding customer service. I am very pleased with their operation and appreciate everything they've done for me and my family. Last month, on his drive home, my husband had car trouble. He called A+ Japanese and he was able to bring in his car the same day, 30 mins prior to closing. Car was fixed and he arrived home safely. Got a quote on some needed repairs to our Mazda 3 (100,000+ miles). Dealer recommended new belts and shocks. Brought the quote and list to A+ and they discovered the root of the problem with the belts was stuck pulleys. They were super helpful in explaining the issue and went the extra mile to locate the parts. Have a feeling the dealer would have done the belts and called it a day. Anyway, A+ fixed the real issue plus the other stuff and the total bill came in under the dealer's repair quote.

We have always taken our cars to the Toyota dealer for service so this was a new experience. Customer service was excellent and job was performed as promised with no pressure to have unnecessary work done. We will definitely return!
