San Carlos Auto Repair

I have been going to A+ Japanese Auto Repair in San Carlos for a number of years and I highly recommend this business. The overall experience is indeed A+. The management staff is well-trained and courteous and has excellent processes in place. I love the careful explanations of any work done, as well as receiving photos of my car and parts (I have never asked for this - it is simply a part of their service). There is no pressure for up-sales, and I feel that they are looking out for my best interests and future patronage. Yesterday I had 30k tune up for my Prius & they provided drop-off and pick up services as well as washing my car! Thank you A+ team.

Really liked the service here - they dropped me off at my house when I had my car towed there. They returned my car to me cleaner than when I left it. And it runs again - the best of all. I was very pleased
