Really liked the service here - they dropped me off at my house when I had my car towed there. They returned my car to me cleaner than when I left it. And it runs again - the best of all. I was very pleased

my car breaks down or has a problem. Don't we all? But, for 20+ years I've been a dedicated customer of A+ Japanese auto. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service, no run around, direct, clear explanations of what the problem is & why, clean shop & they bust their chops to get my car finished as quickly as possible. And, when that's not possible, put me in a rental so I can still have wheels. Doesn't get much better than that, other than the pain of paying the bill.

No doubt! So far the best Auto shop I have dealt with in San Mateo county. They have been a great with my 10 year old Nissan Altima ( which was on 'get rid of it' advisory by other auto repair and dealership). I strongly recommend the place for anyone looking for auto repair and service.

After pampering her for many many miles and years, we weren't ready to say goodbye to our beloved car when the engine blew just before we saw 230K miles. We didn't think we had any other choice, until Rob suggested he'd look for a used engine. A week later, we were back on the road with her, with a new heart and a lot more life left in her.
