We have always taken our cars to the Toyota dealer for service so this was a new experience. Customer service was excellent and job was performed as promised with no pressure to have unnecessary work done. We will definitely return!

My wife strongly recommended I bring my Honda here now that it's out of warranty and it was a good decision. I knew my tires were worn and was glad to replace them, though I would have preferred a different brand and wish I had been given at least one other option. But I didn't want to leave my car over the weekend, and I'm satisfied with the selection and will keep them as long as I keep the car (3-4 more years). As usual, I was profoundly impressed with every aspect of my experience with A+ Japanese Auto Repair. The thoroughness, expertise and courtesy I was given was superlative. What a relief to know that not only will my car receive top-quality treatment, but my frazzled nerves (no worries about getting home, knowing I'll be called when the work is done etc.) will too! The staff was knowledgeable and I did not feel ripped off great customer servie
