Well Well Well.... They come highly recommended! They service my Toyota Prius and Toyota Land Cruiser. Love the service and workmanship. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service!

They're fast, friendly and professional. On the other hand, expect x2 or x3 on fees. $144 oil change, not even full synthetic. $400 spark plug replacement (labor was $300). $600 front brake pads and rotors replacement. This is supposedly a full service shop, but as soon as I got my car back, my tire warning light was still on, my ceiling light bulb was still broken, my air vent was still damaged. I went further to check KBB and Better business bureau and got quotes for 68% less on cost for all maintenance done on my car. Even checked honda dealer for cost on OEM parts and turns out they triple OEM cost as well. I don't know why I went along with it, I but I kept my end of the agreement and paid in full with deep regrets and dissatisfaction, I was in a rush to have my car taken care of. the total cost for simple routine maintenances costed me 52% of my car's total worth. I was originally planning to have all my cars in the family serviced here, because they have a good ratings on yelp and thought i found a gem, but after this experience... well, you be the judge. Update: I took the invoice to various local shops near the area and was quoted on average of 600 to 650 dollars total rather than 1800+ dollars that I paid. My tire pressure light is still on, sputter on idle and at low rpm still exists, I'm starting to wonder if they've really inspected my vehicle and replaced parts. Will consult with better business Bureau and consumer protection. Ths is starting starting to feel like a scam.

These guys are proactive with solid solutions resolving obscure issues (error codes unhandled by other shops) on my old (2007) Prius. At ~300K miles and still going strong.

Excellent service and utmost professionalism from start to finish. I took my newly-purchased used car in for an inspection, and they found items that the dealership missed! They promptly sent me a very detailed inspection report, with pictures and recommendations. They even helped me communicate the repair costs to the dealership. Throughout the whole process, Naeem (the service consultant) was extremely patient and helpful that I didn't feel alone or helpless (two things I as a woman often feel when it comes to car stuff). I'm so thankful to have come across them, and will be going back for all my car needs. They are honest, professional, and are bringing empathy to the car repair game!
