I needed to fix my car and a friend recommended this place. I felt the staff were friendly and solved my problem within reasonable amount of time. The price is reasonable too.

Great shop. I've been there for two routine services, and they've been very helpful. They found an oil leak, took photos, and emailed them to me as documentation to show the dealer, who then fixed it under warranty. The guys at A+ are really nice, trustworthy, and helpful.

A+ Japanese Auto Repair did a great job for me on a busy Saturday. I called them early (ala 7:30am) and was told to bring my car in and they'd assess it. My radiator had a major leak and I had to be back at work at 1pm on that day. I showed up around 8:00am and my car was in the shop within a half hour or so. When I was told that my radiator needed to be replaced, I was almost sure that I would have to devote another day to "the project". A+ ordered the part, put it in, ran a road test, and got me back on the road by 12:30pm. Thanks for great care and attention to my needs. I highly recommend them. They actually care about your safety and well-being!

This is one place I could highly recommend. From the drop off to the pick up, an easy and very pleasant experience.

I have to say that I am very impressed by the service and customer service of this repair shop. I will gladly recommend them to anyone and everyone with a Japanese car.The work they had done has really held up after 7 months of hard driving.I was also impressed with the customer service. Because of my own fault, I had waited too long to get the engine light fixed on my car. I came in and mentioned that I could not get a smog check without the engine light fixed. The salesman overheard and even though A+ japanese Auto Repair did not do smog checks, they took the car to a smog check place to get a smog check done for me.

The entire group was pleasant, efficient and competent.

A+ Japanese is great. The service is outstanding. Rob is very knowledgeable and helpful. The repair folks are excellent. You will not be asked to do unnecessary work on your car like some shops. Can't go wrong with A+ Japanese.
