San Carlos Auto Repair

I have been going to A+ Japanese Auto Repair in San Carlos for a number of years and I highly recommend this business. The overall experience is indeed A+. The management staff is well-trained and courteous and has excellent processes in place. I love the careful explanations of any work done, as well as receiving photos of my car and parts (I have never asked for this - it is simply a part of their service). There is no pressure for up-sales, and I feel that they are looking out for my best interests and future patronage. Yesterday I had 30k tune up for my Prius & they provided drop-off and pick up services as well as washing my car! Thank you A+ team.

Very thorough service; they even sent pictures of the problem areas to my email. They had the work done, in time, knowing I was driving 850 miles for a family reunion. I am impressed and relieved my car is in good shape for the trip. I would certainly recommend them. Friendly and courteous service as well.

Incredible service! I was on a roadtrip and had car problems 2 days before my return date. I brought the car on Saturday afternoon and it was ready be the end of the day. I appreciated the time that was taken to explain the issue to me. Very professional service. The guys at A+ actually know what they are talking about. How refreshing. They are not just kids fresh out of trade school with a computer, they have obviously been living and breathing cars their whole lives. Even the gal who shuttles you back and forth to work owns a muscle car. I have been treated well and charged fairly at A+ Japanese. They will continue to service my Toyota and my Subaru.

Major maintenance completed in a couple hours while I was at work, no wait at all when doing the paperwork, just a minute or two wait to get a ride back to work. Overall great experience.
