I have taken my two Japanese cars to A+ for several years and the friendliness and services continues to be the best I've experienced. Prices are very reasonable (when compared to dealer) and their expert advice is always spot on. Highly recommend this place!

I just had a visit this shop today, I must say they are great, and very professional. I have a 2001 toyota camry which was running great until last night, I noted the car had irregular viberation which were from the front of the car when I stopped. There were no engine lights on. I called the shop and was asked to bring the car in for a diagnostic test. They gave me a plan in detail and told me that the diagnostic test would run from 15 minutes to a hour depends on the problem and the charges would be from $15 to $114 depending on the time spent. I dropped my car and left. And in 2 hours, I got a call from them and they told me that all diagnostic tests were fine, they can not identify the problem. They also did the road driving test. I was told because they did not find the problem, so they will not charge me. And they also encouraged me to bring the car back right after if the problem occurs again. At this point, I think they are honest people and doing fair business. I strongly recommend this place for your car.

Once again I was completely satisfied by my experience. It was easy to get an appointment. Check I was quick and I was given a ride home. I was called to inform me of what needed to be done. My car was ready within the estimated time. I even got a ride back.

As promised I took my 2000 Infiniti I30 for regular maintenance. The car has 116K miles on it and runs very well. This time Eric helped me with the service. I called A+ to schedule an appointment and find out what is needed. I thought I would need an oil change and nothing more. Eric did his homework and confirmed what I had suspected. I scheduled an appointment with Eric and took the car in the very next day. I reached A+ right around my appointment time (+- 5 min). Eric was courteous, prompt and very friendly. The car was in and out in about 30 minutes. The best part about the experience-- I did not have the service adviser or someone in the shop come out with a dirty filter asking it to be replaced. As you all know, this is something that happens at every 30 min quickie oil change shop. I had replaced my filter just a month or so back so I knew I will not need a new one so soon. A+ passed with flying colors. They also did not ask for the wiper to be changed-- another common ploy with the quick and easy shops. I had replaced the wipers with expensive Bosch ones about 2 weeks back so there was no need for a replacement (by the way the wipers are great!). Eric did recommend a few preventive repairs that I plan to get it done before the 120K service. All in all, I am very happy with the service, and with Adam's comment to my previous post, I think I have found the shop to go to for my automotive repair needs. I hope the rest of you also have the same experience that I did.
