I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to a+ japanese auto. Everyone was extremely friendly and I will most definitely return in the future and recommend a friend!

My husband and I have been taking our Toyotas here for a number of years. They don't try and push work on you you don't need and they only have you do extra repairs if there is a safety issue or it's just time to do it. The brothers who own the shop run an honest, excellent business that is indeed their passion.

I was overall pleased with A+. I gave them my sister's car to service and they were verfy thorough with their inspection. They not only took care of what needed to be done but they gave me recommendations and quotes so that my sister will know what to expect for her next service and no sticker shock. The only exception was the return time of the vehicle, but they rectified themselves giving another inspection on what they thought they heard when leaving the shop.

First time visiting A+ which was recommended by a friend. Rob was super helpful and got my car in and out on a Friday...just in time for my mother in law's visit. Really appreciated the updates on items that needed to be fixed as well as their flexibility in terms of timing. Highly recommend!!

I have had routinely excellent service from A+ Japanese Auto -- the service is excellent, and the guys are pros at explaining (and documenting!) the issues and fixes in laymen's terms. They email photos, discuss all work and provide a comprehensive estimate before the work is done - so you have great confidence, and don't have to worry about surprises. They will also provide local shuttle service while your car is being repaired if needed.
