I called A+ because I had used them before for my Honda, and wanted to see what a front brake job would cost. They quoted me the labor and Akebono pads for about $260, well less than the $600 at the dealer and my regular shop (he recommended replacing the rotors and getting the pads from the dealer). I dropped off the car at 8:30am and they gave me a ride home. After some back and forth about whether there was enough metal on my rotors to machine them, they got the job done without needing to replace them. Also, because the pads were not the right ones, they even got pads from the dealer for $150 more and ate the difference to keep to their quote and get it done that day. All in all I am very pleased and the brakes seem great.

First time customer and got great service. My 4Runner has a supercharger and it was really taken care of. Runs more quiet than when new. Victor the technician did an outstanding job. Rob the service manager was excellent.

I love A+! My gf and I wanted to start our own auto shop once after taking some classes and I must say that A+ is like the shop that we had imagined we would open. They are a little on the pricier side but their service is amazing. They also get bonus points for the following: - Drop off service - Email notifications when the service is complete - Pictures of any services that need to be done (if they make any recommendations, they will provide a picture to show you why they think you shoud get that service) - Free car wash What put the cherry on top was this: I took my car in for a 60k service and ended up changing my transmission fluid as well as fixing my brakes. A few days later, I started to notice this burnt smell so I called them back a bit concerned. They said that it could be a bit of the cleaning solution burning off (from when they cleaned out the transmission) but told me to go ahead and bring it in if I still smelled it a few days later. When I took it in, it turns out that the smell was coming from a plastic bag which had stuck to my exhaust and started to melt! They cleaned it up for me and didn't even charge me even though it ended up being something totally unrelated to my last service with them. Bravo! =)

Took my 2008 RX 350 for 50K check up. Rob found a leak in the rack & pinion steering. He called Lexus and found that it was still under warranty and told me to go back to Lexus to get the work done. He sent me pictures and told me how to handle this problem. I took it back to Lexus (who were very nice) and they are installing a whole new rack & pinion steering. Thank you Rob for saving us lots of grief and money.

Jennifer, Thank you for the nice review and bringing the vehicle back to address the bag issue :) To all of our current customers please know we offer the same service to all of you. Anytime you have a noise, a smell, or an auto repair concern in general please feel free to stop by and let us take the time to inspect your vehicle or go on a road test with you to help verify a concern! This way we can keep a small issue from growing into something major.Adam
