Thanks for the great job servicing our 2008 Sienna. It is so nice to have an auto service company that knows who we are and the issues with our car.It's kind of like bringing your kid to Preschool rather that entering the normal auto service dundgeon.

Was sent to A+ by a trusted friend and even as a new customer Rob got me last minute with a same day service of new brakes (all 4 were shot) plus 2 new tires. Super friendly and appreciated the quick turnaround as I was heading out of town for a week and my wife would be using the car while I was away. Liked the fact that they emailed me pix of the problem areas and then called to discuss before proceeding with any work. Also, I have a BMW so don't let the name fool you. They do have 1 or 2 techs on staff with German car experience. :) Very happy and highly recommend A+!

As always, my experience was a pleasure. I learned the car required less work than I was led to believe, and the items serviced serviced cost less than I expected. The staff is cordial and cheerful, the work was completed on time, and I was greeted by name as I walked into the facility. A+ seems to have good customer service in its DNA.

A+ Japanese is a reliable auto repair service company. I have an old Acura 3.2 TL with over 220 thousand miles on it and yet it still runs like a dream. A+ Japanese works with my budget and always provides me with options when my car has problems. Their prices are competitive and their public relations is outstanding.I usually work with Jim and he is knowledgeable and helpful. By the way, if you have no way to pick up your care after service, they will bring your car back to you!!

professional and honest with attention to detail while making a special effort in lookjing out for my interests. I had an insurance claim which resulted in the vehicle being totalled. This involved all mechanical not body damage to vehicle. I received straightforward advise and appraisal of the damages and costs to repair from A-Plus. While it would have been to A-Plus's interest to have me keep the vehicle and do all the repairs they advised me in what was best for me, not for them. I can't say more about their integrity. This is what I want most from my "mechanic".

As a repeat customer with A+ Japanese Auto who owns an older vehicle, I have come to expect A+ J.A. to provide thorough and expert service. As usual, the team has come through. They are mechanics that I depend on, and I am very happy that they exist!

Your service was great, including the drop-off and pickup service. I am very grateful for those. The problem I have is the amount charged. I may have to find a way to save money in the future (get some work done at cheaper places, etc.). I'm sorry to say that. I do hope to come there for some work because I know that you do quality repair work.

an unpredictable electric problem was why we went in. They worked us in right away. The problem did not surface but we received suggestions about what to do if it does in the future and they were supper clear to talk to. Driver that picked us up was also polite and safe.
