We found A+ highly reviewed on Yelp... and brought them a tough problem. Our 2002 Prius had a dead main drive battery, diagnosed as a $3,000 problem at the nearby Toyota dealer. Rob dug in, found and priced out lower cost options for rebuilding the original battery. He also offered a much better warranty on a new factory battery... that's the option we chose and Rob's diligence, helpful approach, and expert advice earned A+ the new battery job, and additional small repairs. They had our beloved Prius back on the road the following day... and will have our service work from now on. 100% confidence in using them and recommending them.
