Jim and Rob are what I would call executive mechanics. They have a professional demeanor not usually found in this trade, coupled with decades of masterful mechanical training and experience. They are proud of their profession. Cars are repaired in an immaculate garage. These gentlemen have amazing communication skills and a sense of humor! Jim explained to me what I needed done not only that day, but he also projected my auto care needs about 15k mi. into the future. He spoke in a language that I'd understand. He gave me a detailed printout of these plans, which included prices for parts and labor. Jim also broke down for me what to do first, etc. so that I wouldn't get hit with all the repairs and parts at one time. I wish I'd found these men 4-1/2 yrs ago when I moved down from SF but I dreaded having to find and trust a new mechanic, so I kept returning to SF. I highly recommend Jim and Rob at A+ Japanese Auto Repair. You will be in the best of hands.

I was very impressed with the Service from A+ Auto Repairs . They were very proffessional and kept me informed as to the work bieng done. Also were extremely knowledgeable. I will certainly use them again for future auto repairs.

Rob was very courteous, communicated well, and a pleasure to do business with. When work was more extensive and took longer to complete than expected, A+ provided a rental free of charge which kept inconvenience of not having my truck to a minimum. Work was completed well, with only one small glitch that was corrected quickly on a drop-in basis. I will absolutely continue using A+ for my automotive maintenance needs.
