My experience with A+ Japanese Auto Repair was excellent as usual! Rob and staff provide service with a smile, and the work is done as swiftly as possible. I also appreciated the friendly transportation to and from the repair place since I was without wheels during the repair. I am very pleased with the seamless replacement of my car's cupholder. Sure, my Forester has seen a lot of miles, but I was still surprised to see her battery and brake indicators lighting up on the dash as soon as I turned her over. I called Rob, who was pretty sure it was her alternator, AAA towed her in, and Rob's suspicions were quickly confirmed... along with a starter that was getting ready to die. While I wasn't exactly thrilled to have these problems, Rob and the A+ team, found the parts and had them installed, and my Forester and I were back on the road by the next afternoon. Another smooth save by A+. Thank you, A+!!!
