Wow.. impressive and totally nice. I called A+Japanese Auto Repair from Google search when I discovered my tire was flat in the Hotel Sofitel parking garage on Sunday afternoon. Google had already said they were closed, but someone answered.. said he working on his car personally and just picked up the phone and that he was getting ready to leave on a big trip. I told him my situation and asked for a referral. He thought a moment and said he would be right over and maybe he could help me out so I could get home. I waited less than 15 minutes, He arrived.. totally nice and efficient.. put air in my tire.. told me up front that I had destroyed the tire by driving on it with low air all week end in San Francisco and would assuredly need a new tire but that it was a slow leak and I could drive it home and deal with it the next day. I offered to pay him but he refused. I finally ended up throwing a $20 into his car. This really is as good as it gets in the world of handling life and business at the highest level. I would absolutely go to this shop in the future with perfect confidence and I would implicitly trust the honesty of the owner, who was the gentleman who helped me !

Rob was very courteous, communicated well, and a pleasure to do business with. When work was more extensive and took longer to complete than expected, A+ provided a rental free of charge which kept inconvenience of not having my truck to a minimum. Work was completed well, with only one small glitch that was corrected quickly on a drop-in basis. I will absolutely continue using A+ for my automotive maintenance needs.
