This was my second visit to A+. Just like the first time, they were friendly and got the job done in one day! I really, really like this shop! Everyone is chatty, kind, knowledgable, and ready to do whatever it takes to make my experience great. I will continue to take ALL my family vehicles there, not just mine! I would also tell anyone of my friends to take their vehicles here. Thanks again guys! GREAT WORK!

The local stealership quoted me $799 for a 30k service, which A+ Japanese (consultant Rob Lucas) explained was largely unnecessary because my car was in great shape. They did a full bumper to bumper evaluation and recommended an oil change and rear diff service and got me out of there for approx $215. This shop has its act together. The consultant kept his early morning appointment, got me signed in quickly, and had a shuttle ready to drop me off to work. They were really good about communicating their recommendations to me before they did the work and were timely in picking me up. This shop is also not afraid of aftermarket parts. I am definitely coming back here for both of our cars.

They were as always friendly, accommodating and convenient. Allowed me to drop in to check cooling system. Got me to work quickly. Assessed the problem and provided clear and valuable feedback.

I called one weekend and had an appointment the next. I took my car in and got helpful advice on what needs were immediate, and what could wait. Very timely and efficient.

They did what they said (plus a little extra), when they said for the price they said, and, made it SOOOO easy!!! Thank you.

We feel lucky to have been referred to Eric, Rob and the rest of the crew at A+ Japanese. Great service and professionalism as they went out of their way to explore all other (read less expensive) options to treat our problem, even at their own expense of taking the time to research and possibly not getting the business. I felt truely taken care of and am very happy to find a straight-forward mechanic that I can trust. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable!!! No joke. From the initial phone call to signing the bill I was utterly amazed. Never have I experienced service and professionalism from a auto repair shop like this.First, I called last minute to ask if I could get my car in (then my own schedule changed) but had to change. Eric made the change with short notice, alerted his staff and when I arrived they were expecting me.Once in the lobby I was hoping I could hire their front desk staff. They were cheerful, knowledgeable and more than willing to serve. I had some work to do but could not get online. Rob asked if I wanted a ride to the Starbucks just 1/2 mile down the road. I said sure.In just under 2 minutes a younger guy was opening a door to a prius (earth conscious as well) and driving me to Starbucks!They said I would get a call when ready and come back to get me. Before I got the call I received an email with pictures of the job with all the items they wanted to discuss and the prius was back to get me.A-Z these guys are amazing.
