I had a wonderful experience with your garage! Everyone there did a great job fixiig my car. They even put window washer in my car (it was out of fluid.) My car was clean when I got it back and is running beautifully. They saved my clutch and gearing. I was at the end of my clutch (and rope) with my car problems. This is now my official garage and I will be back for all my car needs in the future. (Although I hope not too soon! LOL! All kidding aside, great job, A+! Bekkie Sanchez

The office not only repairs your car, but keeps an eye out and a time line for anticipated repairs. i.e. the next time you come in we should take another look at your breaks.

I love A+ Japanese Auto! They are very accommodating. They are a little more expensive than other places but it is so worth the money! If something on my car is about to crap out they give me a heads up and the option to repair it with them right then and there or go somewhere else. They have even showed me pictures of the damage or kept the old broken part to show me what needed to be replaced. They are honest, outline everything needed to be done, and ask before making additional repairs. I always know that my car will run right when I get it back and if something does break they will take care of it.

We always experience nothing but the best auto repair service at A+. They come to our home, pickup our car, take care of everything and bring it back to us...free. We could not be happier to have such a great team of people helping us maintain our cars. We will probably be bringing our cars to A+ for another 10 years! A+ Japanese does quality repair work. They do not cut corners to save a buck in the short term but do it right to last.

Rob listened carefully to my concerns, especially about providing a thorough safety check as I was hearing funny noises, and the car was "getting on" in years. Rob and his team examined the car, road-tested it, and found a minor project, that was easily solved.

A+ Japanese Auto Repair is a great place to bring your car especially if you are not "car savy". Jim spoke to me numerous times over the course of several days to keep me informed about what he was discovering about my car. At the end, we decided to prioritize the work needed to be done with safety being the most important criteria and came up with a cost I could manage. I especially liked the service ethic with this business. They picked up my car at home and returned it to me when it was done. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and seemed to care about my own needs. They communicate by phone and email which was terrific. In the end my car runs great and I will definitely use them again.
