I have been a customer at A+ for a few years now. I tried them out because they advertise their focus on being green, and are clearly a locally owned business. Both my Toyota Sienna and Toyata Prius get service at A+. My experience from the beginning has always been positive. They offer a pickup and drop off service that is usually a woman named Angela or someone from the shop if they are busy. This means that a real person, with a personality, and knowledge of the area drops you off. Very personal, friendly, and flexible. All of my services at A+ have been great experiences. I feel that they charge a little more than others, but definately feel that he high level of service is worth it. The office is run by two guys (Jim and Rob) who always seem to be working hard and trying to provide a high level of customer service. They are knowledgable, friendly, and organized. I have always gotten a call when I expect it. One thing I really like about A+ is that they take pictures of your car. They can either show you the pictures in the office or post them on line. After my service yesterday, I was sent a link and was actually able to see pictures from my cell phone. I think that they keep these images in my record, I sure hope so. The best part about being a regular customer at A+ is that they don't mind if you stop by and ask questions. I have asked for help turning warning lights off (tire pressure) or even getting someone to put air in a slightly underfilled tire. They are helpful, supportive, and jump on it if you have a question. The only downside to A+ is that they are not the cheapest place to get service. But I am more than willing to pay a little more to have high quality service provided by people that know me and that I can trust over time.
