Once again, A+ has taken care of me and my family. Our recent trip was for my daughters truck. They were honest and let me know that it would not be prudent to dump a lot of money into this vehicle. This was my second visit to A+. Just like the first time, they were friendly and got the job done in one day! I really, really like this shop! Everyone is chatty, kind, knowledgable, and ready to do whatever it takes to make my experience great. I will continue to take ALL my family vehicles there, not just mine! The local stealership quoted me $799 for a 30k service, which A+ Japanese (consultant Rob Lucas) explained was largely unnecessary because my car was in great shape. They did a full bumper to bumper evaluation and recommended an oil change and rear diff service and got me out of there for approx $215. This shop has its act together. The consultant kept his early morning appointment, got me signed in quickly, and had a shuttle ready to drop me off to work. They were really good about communicating their recommendations to me before they did the work and were timely in picking me up. This shop is also not afraid of aftermarket parts. I am definitely coming back here for both of our cars.
