Stopped by hoping someone could help me - my tire was leaking and my charger blew out a fuse. No appointment, just dropped in. Jim was kind enough to take care of everything for me right away. I was there for less than 30 min.

Went online to schedule my appointment, noticed a new feature - the pick-up/delivery and thought I would give it a try. Filled out the form. Hit submit. Got a call confirming the pick-up. Left my keys for them. Went to my office. Got an email with pictures and recommended repairs. Approved. Left my office, got in my car and off I went. This was the best, no hassle, auto repair experience I have ever had.

We just found your shop, we are new to the area. Trying out a new shop is always a little stressful but the reviews we found online about A+ were really good so we gave you a try. To say that your team went above and beyond to accommodate us would be an understatement. We were pleased with the nice reception area and the warm greeting we received from ALL the staff we met. More impressive was receiving a link showing us photos of our car. Shortly after, we got a call explaining what we were looking at. It sure made it a lot easier to approve the recommended repairs and feel good about it. We have never had service like this at any auto shop before. In one visit, you have earned customers for life.

Over the last eight plus years, we have experienced honest work at your shop. Rob, Jim and the other Service guys we have worked with have given us options, explained the repairs and most important, given us a feeling of safety and trust. We value this most at A+ because these are our family cars and hold precious cargo! This last visit was the best yet.
