I've been an A+ costumer for about 6 yrs and their costumer service has not only gotten better but they have raised the bar in excellence for costumer support. I really appreciated all their help and how understanding they are. I still can't believe they picked up my car from my house and delivered it when it was done. That's THE BEST service I've ever experienced. You don't get that at a dealership. Also, they listened to my concerns after they fixed the car. My car was still making the same noise it was making prior to me taking it to the shop and the technician that worked on the car drove with me so he can assess the situation. The technician then realized what the real problem was and then worked on it the next day and fixed the problem at no additional charge to me, AND they guaranteed it!
