I was able to get appointment the same day i called on Friday before 3 day Holiday weekend - much appreciated!Excellent customer service with green ride to and from (the office).Detailed report and what is needed and priorities in which it is neededI am not sure about pricing for recommended services (in terms of how does that fare with the other services providers yet) but other then that Great experience

My car died and I had it towed. After the shop fixed the problem, they discovered that the oxygen sensor had failed, and replaced it immediately instead of forcing me to have my car towed in again. The pick-up service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient when I called.

I had a road side problem. AAA towed my car into A+ Japanese Auto Repair in San Carlos where I was greeted professionally and treated with five star customer service from start to finish. Both Eric and Jim were great, clearly on top of their game. I immediately felt comfortable and confident about the quality of the diagnosis and subsequent repair. They carefully wrote up a repair order, had my car assigned to one of their qualified mechanics and me back on the road in less than an hour and a half, during which time I enjoyed a sandwich at the deli on the corner. I was delighted with the service, as I was with the reasonable cost for the repair and have found a mechanic that I will stick with going forward. Thank you AAA for towing my car to A+ Japanese Auto Repari and thanks, of course, to Eric and Jim and all the good folks who contributed to making my experience there one that I am happy to review with a FIVE STAR rating. Great job. Keep up the excellent work.
