Hands down the best Auto Shop experience I've ever had. Went online and filled out a simple form, they came down to my office, picked up my car and took it to their shop. Called me with a diagnostic report, fixed the problem and then dropped my car off before I had to leave at the end of the day. I highly recommend A+ Japanese Auto Repair to anyone who doesn't have the time to get their car in to get checked out. I've been stalling on getting my brakes checked out for a year and for them to make the experience so enjoyable (yes I said enjoyable) and convenient, I was shocked. A+ for A+ Japanese Auto Repair. Oh and there customer service was friendly and helpful as well.

We have been going to A+ Japanese for years and my 2001 Honda runs like a dream. Appointments are easy to schedule and the shuttle/drop-off service convenient. The services are priced fairly and the staff professional and friendly. The only problem is pulling and parking at the location can be a bit of a trick. The lot is small.

My wife and I bring our 2004 Acura MDX to A+ regularly. We also used to bring a Honda Civic that we sold.These guys are honest, and fair with their pricing. They offer great customer service and stand by their work. They did some repairs on our Honda Civic and a year later we discovered that one of the parts they replaced was faulty. They replaced it under warranty and everything was great. They stand by their work!I fully trust the team at A+.
