San Carlos Auto Repair

The first time I met Eric, I knew that we would get the best auto service. It is always a joy to deliver our van for service knowing it is in good hands. I do not have to worry about being charged for something that is not required. A clear explanation is given whenever there is extra work to be done, before it is done. I feel comforable in having my wife taking the van in for service knowing she will get and honest opinion on what needs to be done. In fact we have given referrals that were delighted to take their autos in for service.

They gave a complete estimate, accepted the car in as scheduled and completed the repairs as promised. A+ explained what work was done and what should be looked at in the near future. And they were friendly all the while. What more can one ask?

I took my Mazda in to A+ Japanese Auto Repair because the breaks were making a grinding sound, and they saved me $450 compared to the quote I had gotten at another shop. The staff was so friendly, and they helped me understand exactly what the problem with the car was (I have no clue about cars, but they were incredibly patient and didn't talk down to me). They won't do repairs that don't need to be done, and their warranty is great. I will definitely go back to this auto shop for my future car needs!

A+ always provides great service. When I had an issue with my brakes after the service, they took my van and fixed it. A+ is great.

Rob's passion to help customers with their cars was obvious from the moment I stepped in the front door... he was very accomodating and very professional. As I waited for my car to be serviced Rob would periodically update me about what they found...my car's tires were totally overinflated! He made his recommendation to keep my tires around 35 PSI and it does feel much smoother now! I give A+ an A+++!

A+ always gives great consistent service. Always willing to accommodate by offering rides to/from the train station & offering the-night-before drop off's.
