Service was quick and easy. I appreciated that I was emailed photos of the problems found during the checkup. It helped me to make informed decisions about what I wanted fixed.

I have been a customer of A+Japanese for a number of years now. All car repairs or service have been done as promised, on time and for reasonable cost. I would recommend them without reservation.

Service was extremely personable and friendly. Easy to schedule an appointment and greeted warmly when dropping off the car. Staff displayed special knowledge of hybrid engine when working on our Prius. Clearly explained all work performed and provided digital photos of before/after status.After picking up car, an unforeseen issue arose within 2 blocks of the shop - upon return, staff immediately set about correcting issue (which was not caused by their work) and stayed beyond normal business hours to address the issue. No problems since then.Staff had a great attitude and did not condescend to a clueless customer. Staff was very honest about which work needed to be done, and other work that was not urgent/necessary.Highly impressive!

This has been the best visit to a car shop I have ever had. I had been taken my car to a Honda dealership and had so many problems with them that I decided to take my car elsewhere. Rob helped me and explained everything. I ended up having to have some major work done, but he called frequently to give me updates on how things were going. They made taking my car in to a shop a relatively stress less process and I am thankful for that. =)

I am teacher in Belmont and was referred to this auto repair shop by a co-worker. I perviously brought my car to the dealer for service but they always seemed to be priced high, so I decided to venture out. The service at A+ Auto Repair was great, I got a ride back to work, and the cost of the car repair was reasonable. Steve explained everything that was need on the car and now my Toyota runs great! I will be back and pass on the good word about your shop in San Carlos - thanks guys.

I thought Ben was very helpful. He recommended in detail why my car needed the extra repair & I was comfortable with A+ doing the work. Of course, prices are always an issue & I trust A+ is giving me the best possible price for the service work.
