Very good experience so far, but one item on the list of repairs wasn't completed (although it had been checked of as completed). That was rectified immediately, once I noted it to the staff.

Standard High Quality Service, but the additional charges went beyond the original estimate.

Overall it was a good experience

I appreciated the update calls from the service manager which kept me apprised of the status of the car's repair work.

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and willing to spend time to explain procedures, costs, etc. The personal shuttle was great, too!

I am always treated with respect and thoughtful courtesy! The staff is fun, informative, and helpful . . . and the service is excellent. I trust everyone there and will be back - of course.

I thought Ben was very helpful. He recommended in detail why my car needed the extra repair & I was comfortable with A+ doing the work. Of course, prices are always an issue & I trust A+ is giving me the best possible price for the service work.
