The second is service that allows me to be confident that costs will be reasonable, and that service will be provided in accordance with the my needs, rather than to maximize profit for the garage. We have been bringing our Honda, Acura and Toyota here since the parents opened the shop about 12 years ago. Adam and Eric have done a wonderful job with the business and we are proud to say that we continue to have all of our auto repair and maintenance performed at their shop in San Carlos. They even have their local shuttle take us back home to Belmont. We could not be more pleased with the service we receive and the special attention we get everytime we bring our cars in. We are always greeted warmly and everything, estimates do not change and all services are explained. A+ Japanese has earned a life time customer with us, our friends and family.

I was looking for a new Toyota garage and A+ was very well reviewed on the Car Talk web site. I am extremely pleased with my first interaction. Everyone was very friendly and the entire process was transparent. I was taken through the work before it was done and again afterward, while my questions were answered clearly. Although they spent a bunch of time trying to turn off horn that sounds when the car is opened remotely, they were not successful and did not charge me. That's a tremendous investment in building a relationship and I intend to take my other Toyotas there as well.
