I have to say that this relationship was much better than I thought it would be. I'm always skeptical of mechanics and getting any work done on my vehicle. However, I felt I received outstanding, professional service from my very first interaction with A+. I was called and kept in the loop every step of the way, and never once felt I was having the wool pulled over my eyes. My car needed extensive work, and the fact that I was called after every analysis, given estimates (which weren't changed after the work was done)and received honest opinions was refreshing. In fact, the day I picked up my car, I had additional issues (not related to the work A+ had done), and A+ was willing to help out for no additional charge. Doesn't get any better than that. I would certainly recommend A+ to friends and even to non friends if I overheard they needed some work done on their vehicle.

I know why you call your business A+. From the people that work there to the work performed on my car...amazing. You kept me well informed of what needed to be done and I thank you for having my car ready when you said it would be done. There was one unexpected surprise. Had to wait longer than usual for a ride when dropped off car but understood it was busy, when driver did arrive two cars were used, my question is why was not the other driver utilized while we were waiting for the initiatl driver to return. Not a big deal but this is my comment

Thank you so much for your feedback. To answer your question, our first driver arrives at 7:15am and our second driver comes in later in the morning. We apologize for any inconvenience and we will do our best to expedite your ride in the future.

A+ Japanese makes getting my car serviced about as pain-free as I can ever imagine it could be. They treat me and my car with equal respect, are clear about what needs to be done now, what we can delay, and what options we have. Oh, and they're reasonably priced!

On balance good. I was happy that they only charged me for 5.5 quarts of oil based on their quote when the vehicle used 9+ quarts. However, on the negative side, they charged me $7+ for parts solvent....seriously (a) this is tacky and (b) how the heck do you use $7 worth of part solvent to change the oil?

I find the A+ Team caring, efficient, and fair. I really appreciate the ride to and from home or work. They always call before doing anything beyond the initial estimate. I feel like they take good care of me as well as my car.

Very good experience so far, but one item on the list of repairs wasn't completed (although it had been checked of as completed). That was rectified immediately, once I noted it to the staff.
