I appreciate so much getting squeezed in when I needed an important warranty service that day (it turned out).

I scheduled an appointment a week in advancec. Brought my truck for a service and it was checked out completely. Received calls about the progress of the service and to notify me of something that was being recommended. No pressure to perform the work being recommended.

I have to say that this relationship was much better than I thought it would be. I'm always skeptical of mechanics and getting any work done on my vehicle. However, I felt I received outstanding, professional service from my very first interaction with A+. I was called and kept in the loop every step of the way, and never once felt I was having the wool pulled over my eyes. My car needed extensive work, and the fact that I was called after every analysis, given estimates (which weren't changed after the work was done)and received honest opinions was refreshing. In fact, the day I picked up my car, I had additional issues (not related to the work A+ had done), and A+ was willing to help out for no additional charge. Doesn't get any better than that. I would certainly recommend A+ to friends and even to non friends if I overheard they needed some work done on their vehicle.

When I've gotten calls or go in I always appreciate their attitude and problem solving.

I love A+. They aren't the quicklube, that meansthey can catch potential problems before they catch you on the road.....

My service requirements took a second visit as additional work was required to get the job done to this picky customer's satisfaction, but the guys at A+ stood by their initial quote and sent me off a satisified customer. I would reccomend them for your next servicing needs.

As always, honesty and efficiency at A+ are the name of the game.

My Camry's break light was activated after I had the break system fixed. Since I could not get away due to school and work, I waited a week or two before I was free from work. It was slow at work and my supervisor said she was forced to send me home early.I thought I should call APJ and see if they can squeeze me in. I thought that it would be impossible. I called and spoke with Rob, and he said if there isn't anything wrong with the breaks, and I feel comfortable driving it, the car will be seen as soon as I arrive. I left San Jose right away and made for San Carlos. When I arrived at APJ, my Camry was attended to right away. Unbelievable! They test drove it, and checked other areas in the break system that might be activating the break light. No other issues were found. They did find a bubble in the break fluid, so they bled it, and topped it off.I was quickly back on the road heading home. I think it was less than an hour. APJ's warranty attracted me but I am staying for the most positive customer service oriented mechanic shop I have ever experienced. Every thing was done without any issues or negative attitudes. I thought there might be some grudges, but that was far from reality. Everyone was friendly like I was paying for the service, but I was not spending a dime.Thank you very much A plus Japanese. You give mechanics a good name. Keep it up you?re on the right track.

I expect the best from A+ Japanese and that's what I get. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The job always gets done. My car is back on the road and that's the most important thing for me.

The staff and service is excellent. I am a returning customer and have recommended A+ to my friends.
