The people and service here is beyond comparison. Justin is friendly and professional and pays attention to the details. He kept me informed on the status even through the weekend and explained the diagnosis to me clearly. When ultimately I decided not to complete the repair and instead opt for a riskier alternative, he spent time on the phone to share his expertise and advice. He was very generous and I know I'll be back here if I need anything. I highly reccomend choosing this family owned business. The energy caught me off guard! My previous goto (large corp) changed locations and people, and the service declined dramatically. It's so different going to a place where people seem legitimately happy to be there and take pride in what they do.

I worked with Seamus and the whole process couldn’t have been smoother. It seems like A+ obviously values people who can interact with customers courteously. Everyone I met with was polite and helpful. Maybe that sounds over the top but I had really gotten used to terrible customer service with other auto repair shops, so it was a nice change of pace. They finished replacing my rotors and pads way ahead of schedule and I’m quite happy with the job they’ve done
