I worked with Seamus and the whole process couldn’t have been smoother. It seems like A+ obviously values people who can interact with customers courteously. Everyone I met with was polite and helpful. Maybe that sounds over the top but I had really gotten used to terrible customer service with other auto repair shops, so it was a nice change of pace. They finished replacing my rotors and pads way ahead of schedule and I’m quite happy with the job they’ve done

This place has really excellent service. Took my 2000 Honda Accord here on the recommendation of the previous owner. The car had many issues, including fading brakes, a mysterious air bag light, and various dirty fluids. It needed a lot of work. They did a full diagnostic, and then I received the most thorough report I've ever gotten from a mechanic. I was working with Justin, who reviewed each diagnosed item over the phone with me. Though my knowledge of cars is pretty weak so it was hard to judge, Justin seemed honest, competent, and credible. He ranked the identified service items into A/B/C priority and quoted prices for each, and left it open where it couldn't be known (the airbag light required additional diagnostics). No pressure for unnecessary work. In the end they identified the airbag light as coming from a failing Honda sensor under a lifetime warranty, and they took it to the nearby Honda dealership for me where it was fixed for free! Overall very pleasant experience. The full suite of repairs wasn't cheap, and I don't know what it would've cost if I went somewhere else, but the service was definitely way better than I've had from previous mechanics.

They are reliable and trustworthy. From beginning to the end, Justin has provided the professional services. He contacted me at earliest possible time, replied my phone call prompt, explained the procedures and the fees, arranged a rent car for me.
