I had a routine oil change service and it was done efficiently. It's a busy place but somehow they keep it all moving, and courteously, in my experience. Been going for several years.

Justin was great! He recommended the route that would save me money rather than screw me over and pay for what's not needed. Very honest and appreciated Justin. They were very fast in fixing the car too. Told them I get off late and I was still able to pick up the car! Great service in my opinion.

Ok. I've left a review before and now it's time for another! I just had some TLC work done on my 2006 Dodge Ram. It was going to take a couple of days. Justin made it all work for me. I had a vehicle over the weekend and for my commute to work. Once again these guys made me feel like family. Great work for a fair price. I still have a few things to do on the truck, and I have no doubt I will be taken care of. Seriously, I trust A+ to take great care of me, my daughter and our vehicles! Best auto shop ever!!! Very professional, honest, and quick to help me diagnose a road noise problem! They also have a shuttle service! Highly recommend these guys from someone who's extra careful of selecting the right auto repair shop.

Impeccable customer service!I had a pretty simple problem but needed to be done as soon as possible. I got to the shop on Saturday 1 hour before closing. The shop was pretty busy, but they were able to squeeze me in. Customer service were absolutely impeccable, the job was done great, got my car back in 30 min. Couldn't be more happy.Thank you guys!

Great as ever! The service is obviously excellent and reasonably priced; that apart they arranged Uber rides (not one but two) for me to get to work and back while the card was being serviced.

The team at A+ Japanese Auto Repair is great. I had an valve cover seal leaking oil (as well as a malfunctioning electric window lift). If you've ever looked under the hood of a vintage 300ZX, you'll know that this is going to be a real bear of a repair job. On top to that, the parts for the window lift are no long available from the Nissan factory. But, the A+ crew came through with flying colors. They scoured the parts network to find the rare window parts. Then, they repaired everything perfectly, as well as doing some preventive maintenance that has the old Z running like new. Service Manager Justin always kept me informed of the status of the prepare process. And, the technical team gave my cherished gem a ton of TLC. Thanks so much to the whole A+ team for keeping my 25-year old "show-piece" running so beautifully.
