People here are very friendly. I was here to get my car's 30,000 miles maintenance service. They gave me a list of needed vs. recommended repairs. I had a lot of questions which they answered very patiently. This helped me decide what exactly I needed to get done. They also provided drop off and pick up service which was very helpful.

Whilst driving on the freeway one morning, my car suddenly started making noises and subsequently stopped accelerating. I was able to get into the slow lane and find a safe spot to park my car. I called AAA for a tow and they recommended that I take my car to A+ Japanese. Upon arriving, I met Naeem, who was kind and asked a few questions to get a sense of what was going on with my car. Naeem explained to me that they were going to run the diagnostics and that I could use the complimentary shuttle service to get to my work while they figured out what was wrong. Naeem called back that afternoon and let me know that the car's spark plugs and coils were shot and would need to be replaced. Ultimately, I didn't have A+ Japanese fix my car since I realized that it was still under warranty with the dealership. That didn't stop Naeem from making sure my car was in a safe location overnight until the tow truck came to take my car to the dealership. He even met the tow truck driver the next day and got my car going for me. Really great, thoughtful service. I would definitely use these guys when my warranty runs out!

Our 2003 Nissan Altima was having an intermittent electrical problem, the engine would stall. While out shopping my wife had the engine stall, restarted the car and drove it directly to A +. Rob Lucas, the Service Manager, had one of his associates, Della, give my wife a ride home while they checked out the car. As we all know, intermittent electrical problems can be challenging and very expensive. A + determined after checking the onboard car's computer the problem was a cam shaft/crank shaft sensor (s) and a throttle body issue. Now here is the thing that makes A + stand out as the best of the best, because A + knows the history of our cars and keeps impeccable records, they saw our car also needed an oil change. They changed the oil, filter, etc. When we picked up the car they did not charge us for the oil change because as Rob Lucas explained, the oil change was not in his original estimate so A + changed the oil at no cost to us to save us a return trip in a month or two. These guys are the BEST. These folks are honest, conscientious, very thorough and constantly striving to exceed our expectations. If you have a Japanese car, care about your car and want to be treated with A + customer service then this is the place for you.

I took my 2012 Acura TSX here for service yesterday. I needed a few simple maintenance items performed, and they quoted me about $30 less than the closest Acura dealership. I am not mechanically inclined and don't have a way of quantifying the quality of that work, but in terms of customer service the experience was excellent.- the staff is very friendly. I worked with Rob- they have a shuttle which will take you to nearby restaurants/coffee shops, since they don't have an on-site lounge. there is a starbucks about a mile away- they found an additional minor issue while working on my car. rather than trying to upsell me service, they contacted the acura dealership, figured out my car was still under warranty, and gave me a contact to call there to complete the work. this is really A+!

Thank you to Justin & Team for there great service. I took my Nissan cube in to there shop. I received the best service. Justin went above & beyond to take care of my vehicle made sure I new everything that was going on with my car. I have. Been to other places and I have never received this kind of service not to mention when I picked up my car everyone was very nice and welcoming. You don't find that kind of customer service very much anymore. I don't see me going anywhere else for my car. It's worth the trip coming from San jose. Again a big Thank You to Justin & Team.
