Had my Mazda serviced at A+ again. The checkin process was outstanding; I was in and out in 5 minutes. The maintenance was routine and there weren't really anything broken with the car. The staff is still very polite and helpful. The only thing I wish they would do is to provide an area for customers to wait for rides or for their cars. There really is no place to sit currently.

Another "Five Star" experience at A Plus Japanese. My Infinity G 35 was having some mysterious overheating issues. Long story short... it was a weak/failing radiator cap. Rob Lucas, the Service Mgr. refused to take my payment until I drove my car for a couple days to make sure all was well with the car. I returned 3 days later to pay and of course Rob wanted to check one more time. If you have a Japanese car and care about your car, care about being treated honestly; then A Plus Japanese is all you need to know.

After two other repair shops couldn't figure out why my car wouldn't start, I called A+. Justin answered the phone, and this began the greatest customer service experience I've ever had. Justin asked me several questions to assess what the problem might be. He assured me that they'd spend as long as it would take to find out the problem. A+ has a partnership with the local Enterprise; vehicle rentals are half off. I paid $15/day for my rental! The car stayed at A+ for about 8 days (all of the electrical was out, even after a new battery install), but Justin updated me every couple of days. The most valuable part of the entire experience was the clear and consistent communication. I will certainly go back to A+ for regular maintenance.

Simply put, once again, Justin and his team were amazing! There was lot I had asked from him and the team to look over, and they did it swiftly, timely, and had everything completely ready for me by the time I came to pick it up! Living out of the area now it's difficult to get down there, but they accommodated everything and it all worked out great!!! I love bringing my car here, they are straightforward and honest in what needs to get done immediately and what can wait. Its great!! Thank you Justin!!!!

To name a few of the things they have done for me and my growing fleet of 85+ vehicles.-Pick up & Drop off of my vehicles, wether by his staff or tow.-Complimentary wiper blades and car wash(inside and out)-Thorough inspections of my fleet-Answering phone calls after hoursIf there is one business in the Peninsula that knows how to take care of the customer, its A+ Japanese Auto Repair. Its hard to a find a repair shop that you can trust wholeheartedly but this is it. They could have scammed me into paying more, but they were honest, upfront and kind enough to even not charge me for a minor part during the repair. Justin is great at treating customers well and would recommend him to anybody. Glad I have found my local go to repair shop...no more dealerships for me. Thanks guys.

When the economy tanked in 2011 I did my bit and bought an American car. A+ had wonderfully serviced all of my Honda products, and didn't hesitate to service my Chevy. Some clown broke my side view mirror last week, and knowing how busy my life is, Rob suggested we go ahead and service the car while it was in the shop. Though I hadn't detected any problems, I had noticed some "clicking" sounds when it was cold. A+ great techs found several "issues" and Rob called to discuss and get permission to proceed. This morning I couldn't help but notice that my car was driving SO quietly and smoothly - it made me feel complete confidence in my ride! Let's hear it for PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE and A+ friendly professional service - think fine dining, not a fast food joint!
