Rob and everyone involved with the process of assisting on any repairs on my Prius demonstrated a large amount of courtesy and professionalism. From the time I arrived, to the time of pick up, I was informed and given the data I needed to take and make a clear decision on what to do. This is quality over quantity, and this is most appreciated. This personal approach, made for a rewarding experience that was painless, and educational, as my children and I saw things as they should be and not just some thing thought as theory. Oh did I mention the service, one word EXCELLENT!!

Ok, can I give these guys another five stars?!I was out of town when my family had car trouble. They were stranded in 100 degree heat on a Saturday afternoon. The situation was not pleasant.Rob went above and beyond and showed up in person! (When does this ever happen?!?!). He calmed frayed nerves, tested the vehicle and had it towed. The guys at A+ then proceeded to diagnose a rare issue and helped me work with Toyota to get the warrantied parts replaced.In short, this was amazing! Thank you so much, Rob. I truly appreciate all your efforts!

The guys here are awesome! Great customer service and quality work. Anytime I've had any issues, they are quick to get my car in the shop to diagnose the problem and provide me with their expert honest opinion on what needs to be fixed (and what doesn't). I'm usually pretty picky with mechanics so it took me awhile to find "my shop", but after coming here, I was won over by their organized, efficient, and friendly work ethic. They even have a car pick-up service for locals in the area. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a good honest car shop to go here!

What a great place to have your car serviced! My daughters Car was seen at Toyota 101 for an oil change and we were told she needed s new water pump. The cost there was going to be 650.00 we went to A+ and it was half the price with great customer service!! Thank you:)
