Outstanding service from A+ Japanese! I've brought 2 cars I've had to this shop over the past 6-7 years and Justin has always given excellent service and made it an enjoyable experience. He is super friendly and outgoing, has genuine concern for the safety of your vehicle and is always able to squeeze me in for an appointment and is understanding when I've sometimes forgotten to show ( thank you Justin!!) :) He always lets you know what is recommended on your car immediately versus what can wait which I love. I like that he also always calls midday to give me updates on my car and keeps me involved in the whole process. I've been really happy with all the work they've done on my car and will continue to bring my car in to see the team at A+ Japanese. Call and ask for Justin, you will not be disappointed!!

My first experience as a customer with A+ Japanese Auto Repair was just before the 2014 Holidays and I was very impressed with their customer service and grateful they did everything in their power to get my car serviced and repaired right before my road trip to southern California. I had to leave my car overnight and they provided a rental car! I love that they will email you pictures of what they find that needs repair/replacement and their pricing for the service they provide seems reasonable to me for this area. When I call last minute trying to get my car repaired just before the holiday weekend, I appreciate their honesty if they are not able to complete the job in the limited time/schedule.I have since taking my car for service and repairs this year and I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend them! Note: thus far, I have always worked with Rob.

Super amazing service. Got me in last minute , arranged to fix a friends broken glass on that a competitor said would take a week to replace. Called an Uber to get me to work!

I had to do the brakes on our minivan. The work was done in the right time frame and as before: excellent job. A few months before I took my other car to get the brakes done and that was a more expensive and complex job. I would gladly do it again. Good quality work. Naeem is excellent at working with you and so is everyone at the shop. This is unique and makes me be loyal to them. Great repair shop.

Went here while I was in the area on vacation to have some maintenance services preformed (oil change and tire rotation on my 2014 JCW MINI paceman). Justin was a pleasure to deal with and everything went very smooth and quick while I waited. Very good value and excellent customer service. I will be back again next time I'm in the area.Also I just looked under the hood and they even wiped my whole engine compartment clean for me, now that's a nice touch.

A+ Japanese replaced the transmission in my Nissan Xterra. I've had friends whose Xterras also needed transmission replacement (an issue Nissan had with the radiators caused the transmission to go bad) and ended up paying 50% more than what A+ charged. A+ Japanese was very straight forward and transparent about their inspections and repairs. They have fair prices and incredibly friendly service reps. I will definitely be going to them for any future auto repair.

Back in December 2014, a coworker referred me to A+ Japanese Auto Repair when my car had the check engine light on and was preventing me from passing the smog test. I had a really great experience at this shop and a special thanks goes to Justin for taking really good care of me! He kept me updated through each step of the way, took all the time necessary to explain me what was possibly wrong with my car and giving me different options on how to proceed forward. He always gave me advice based on my budget and what was best for me. He went out of his way to help me with the deadline I had for the smog test and worked with the holiday schedule. In the end, I decided that my car was no longer worth investing money and time. Even then, he provided me different options regarding what to do with the car; informed me on donation organizations, how to get a California title (the car was imported), arranged for someone who would buy it for parts. Overall, Justin and the mechanics provided more than excellent service and I would definitely recommend going there. I found out later that 2 other coworkers of mine are going to A+ Japanese Auto Repair and are more than satisfied with the service they get. Great job all and thank you so much!

My husband & I are so blessed to have found A+ Japanese Auto Repair! We have a 2008 Prius that was having problems with the electrical system and we had taken it to a Toyota dealership and their response was to give us an estimate of $6000-$7000 which of course seemed outrageous to us and led to us to seek a 2nd opinion. My husband found A+ Japanese Auto Repair on Yelp with outstanding reviews but of course you are never 100% sure until you have your own experience. Justin was super customer friendly & very knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything to us and we appreciate that. The mechanics at A+ Japanese Auto Repair took the time to fully inspect our vehicle & locate exactly what the issue was. Once they found the problem it turned out that it was an easy fix and only cost us a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge. Thank you so much!!!
